We always do our best to match our customer’s needs and priorities. However sometimes we have experienced a lack of respect for our time and efforts.

For this reason we have put in place a cancellation policy to protect our trainers from unexpected cancellations, no shows, long delays and missed appointments.

We do accept cancellations due to extreme weather conditions, when a session indoors can not be arranged.
